Paying with Credit Card

We accept credit card payment for online orders.

Please provide the “bill to” address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During our online real time authorization process we will validate that the “Bill to” information you provided matches the information on file with your credit card issuing company. The processing of your order may be delayed if we cannot verify the “Bill to” information or the information does not match the address information on file.

Your credit card will not be charged until we provide the goods or services you ordered.

Sales Tax

We collect sales tax in states that are applicable. Tax for orders shipped to these states will have sales tax automatically added to the order total.

 

Processing an Order

Your order of in-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of check out. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. If your order cannot be shipped within 30 days of the date of your order, you will be given the option to cancel your order.

How to Change Your Order

We process your orders quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by e-mailing us at the following address: togo@yardsbrewing.com or calling (215)525-0175. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order. We will be able to make exchanges and adjustments after you receive your order.

Return Policy

If you have the original invoice/packaging slip that came with your item, you may return or exchange within 60 days of purchase. Items will only be exchanged or refunded if they are in new condition, not worn or washed and at the discretion of the store manager. Yards reserves the right to refuse returns not meeting this criteria.  Please include with your return/exchange:

  1. Reason for your return/exchange,
  2. Whether you are seeking a refund or an exchange,
  3. If applicable, which item(s) you wish to receive for your exchange.
  4. A postage paid envelope for us to send you the replacement. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges
  • PLEASE NOTE:  Exchanges can only be made for an equal or lesser dollar amount as your original order.

  • PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS. YOU MUST INCLUDE A POSTAGE PAID ENVELOPE OR LABEL FOR ALL EXCHANGES.

Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Yards cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable. If you live close to the brewery, you may bring your return in to have your refund or exchange processed.

We do our best to process returns and exchanges within five (5) business days. Keep in mind that we get backlogged during peak seasons, so it may take longer during those times.

We will credit your credit card for the returned item(s) upon receiving it. If we cannot exchange the item(s) to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a full refund for the item(s). For returns that do not have the original invoice, we will use the last known sale price for its value.
